Detroit Skaters Take on the Fisher Building

Let's face it, ever since Tony Hawk's Pro Skater first dropped, we've all thought about skating in some out-of-the-box locations, like a shopping mall or office building, but very few get to actually do that. However, recently, a select group of Detroit skaters were fortunate enough to skate a mini ramp built inside of the Fisher Building, an art-deco skyscraper and national landmark built in 1928. Tony Restaino, Dustin Blauvelt, Justin Zimmerman, Jordan Garland and Steve Regish were invited to throw down on the custom ramp, and the end result is an incredible lip trick session showcasing the tech side of their skating. 

What's very cool about this edit is the way that Jordan Garland and Nate Reed positioned everything they could to be a work of art. Yes, there are some hammers being thrown down, but the cinematography and even the ramp itself are designed in such a way to make this session appear larger than life.
